My Best Agent is not a licensed real estate agency. We do not list, market, sell, or appraise properties ourselves. We are a marketing and referral service only.
We currently operate in Auckland, with plans to expand to other parts of New Zealand.
We may receive a referral fee from the licensed agent we connect you with if you choose to list your property with them. This fee is paid by the agent, not by you. It does not increase the commission you pay your agent and does not affect the service you receive.
We disclose this so you can make an informed decision. Any agent we refer you to is selected for their suitability for your property — not for the size of the referral fee they pay us.
Any market appraisal you receive will be provided directly by the licensed real estate agent we match you with — not by My Best Agent. A market appraisal is the agent's professional opinion of the likely sale price of your property based on recent comparable sales and current market conditions.
A market appraisal is not a registered valuation. If you require a registered valuation (for example, for bank lending, legal proceedings, or relationship property matters), you must engage a registered valuer.
